Casa Feliz

'Casa Feliz' is a beautiful and spacious villa in an exclusive location. It has it's own private swimming pool (8 meters x 4.5  meters) and plenty of surrounding terrace and sun beds to soak up the rays.... ....

The kitchen, with white units and a black granite worktop, comes fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and oven. There is a large stand-alone fridge big enough to keep you in ice-cold drinks for many nights!

There is a breakfast table in the kitchen and a large dining table (seats 10) in the open plan sitting area (35ft long) that stretches from the front of the villa to the back.

The Green Room 

The accommodation comprises of 3 large bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.  All bedrooms have a bathroom ensuite one with a jacuzzi.  There is an additional cloakroom on the ground floor.

The Blue room.

There is an upstairs gallery room with distant sea views which are spectacular in the evening. This area has a two-seated sofa bed, a TV & video player and a small fridge to keep cool drinks close at hand!

Casa Feliz benefits from having a system that provides air conditioning in the Summer and warm air in the cooler months.  The Algarve gets very little rain and the weather is usually warm and sunny throughout the year - great for golfing although the evenings can get chilly.  We also have a lovely log fire for the winter.

The villa comes fully eqipped. We provide a maid service twice-weekly - extra hours subject to negotiation - and a nice welcome pack to greet you to provide you with your immediate needs.  David, our English manager is always on hand should you need him.  No need to bring beach towels or a hair dryer. In the rear garden there is a large patio area with seating for eight, a Weber BBQ plus a full size table-tennis table.
